    • Yes! All tickets are will-call and will be listed under the name of the person who purchased them.

  • I can’t make the show! Can I get a refund?

    • Yep! You may contact us here for a refund until noon on the day of the show.

  • Is this event 21+?

    • It most certainly is.

  • What time do doors open for your shows at The Grand Ballroom?

    • Doors are at 7:30 pm, Show at 8:30 pm.

  • I have a group of more than 10 people, can we all sit together, but purchase tickets separately?

    • Absolutely! Assigned seating is available only for Front Row & High-Top Tables. Contact us here and let us know all the names that should be sat together.

    • We offer discounts to groups of ten or more for Front Row & High-Top Seats. Contact us here if you’d like more information
